CPR and First Aid training is essential for healthcare professionals, teachers, coaches, childcare providers, personal trainers, security personnel, and anyone who wants to be prepared for emergencies.

Yes! Upon successful completion, you will receive a certification valid for two years from the American Heart Association or Red Cross, depending on your course.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is designed for healthcare professionals and focuses on high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, including team dynamics.
  • Heartsaver CPR is ideal for non-medical individuals, such as teachers, coaches, and caregivers, who need CPR training for work or personal knowledge.

Yes! We offer on-site and private group training for businesses, schools, and organizations. Group rates apply—contact us for details.

Course lengths vary:

  • BLS and Heartsaver CPR: Approximately 4-5 hours
  • First Aid Training: Approximately 3-4 hours
  • Blended e-Learning courses: Self-paced online module + in-person skills check-off

We provide training in Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Rosemont, Fulshear, Sugarland, and surrounding areas in Fort Bend and Harris Counties.

Just bring yourself! All training materials, manikins, and AED equipment will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing as you’ll be practicing hands-on skills.

Only American Heart Association (AHA) and Red Cross blended e-learning courses are valid. Be cautious of fraudulent online certifications that are not recognized by employers or organizations.
